Lanark Heights is home to 160 residents. It is partnered and physically linked with Lanark Place Retirement Residence, providing a unique continuum of care appealing to a wide variety of individual needs.
We are licensed and legislated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, and accredited by CARF Canada, meeting national standards of care, quality, and services. We are actively involved as members of the Ontario Long Term Care Association.
A vibrant Residents’ Council and Family Council contribute significantly to the work we do.
The Waterloo Wellington Community Care Access Centre is the single point of access to information about, and admission to, long term care.
