Westmount Gardens Long Term Care is a welcoming and supportive environment, located on a 7-acre site in the beautiful and established Westmount area of London.

Westmount Gardens is home to 160 residents.

We are licensed and legislated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, and accredited by CARF Canada, meeting national standards of care, quality, and services. We are actively involved as members of the Ontario Long Term Care Association.

A vibrant Residents’ Council and Family Council contribute significantly to the work we do.

The South West Community Care Access Centre is the single point of access to information about, and admission to, long term care.

The dedicated staff of Westmount Gardens ensures that residents have the opportunity to participate in numerous social events, daily activities, and off-site excursions. We recognize that ties with home and family are very important to our residents. That’s why they’re invited to furnish their rooms with personal articles, and visits from family members are always welcome and encouraged.

S&R's open policy provides all information concerning the Ministry of Health inspection & compliance reports to all residents and the public at large. These reports are posted in our Home for your review. If you have questions please speak with the Administrator of our Home.
