with separate living areas, Heron Terrace goes beyond the traditional
realm of the long-term care environment. A unique facility, Heron
Terrace is able to provide multiple levels of care for those who
require mild to high assistance, and those with specialized needs, such
as residents with Alzheimer's.

feature of Heron Terrace is the Snoezelen Program,
a multi-sensory environment that provides an atmosphere of relaxation,
leisure and enjoyment.

to family. Residents are invited to furnish their rooms with personal
articles, and family visits are always welcome. Video conferencing (web
cam) is available.
S&R's open policy provides all information concerning the Ministry
of Health inspection & compliance reports to all residents and the
public at large.
