Nursing Rehabilitation is an interdisciplinary approach designed to
assist a resident to recover and maximize function and ability.
Nursing Rehabilitation (Nursing Rehab) focuses on the following:

the resident’s functional potential, not a diagnosis or limitations

improvement of the residents self-image and self esteem

Interdisciplinary approach

documentation, evaluation and demonstration of outcomes
